1. Returns
We accept returns within 7 days from the date you receive your order.
To be eligible for a return:

We do not accept returns for:

Used or damaged items (unless received damaged).

Personal care items once opened.

Clearance or discounted items (unless defective).
2. Damaged or Wrong Items

We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:

We will notify you of approval or rejection.

Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days.
Since we offer Cash on Delivery (COD):

Refunds will be made via Mobile Money or bank transfer.
4. Return Shipping

If the return is due to our mistake (wrong/damaged item), we cover shipping.
